Location: Rocky Mount, NC
Employment Type: Seasonal (January 1 – May 1)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Compensation: $14–$18 per hour, based on experience

About the Role
We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our team during our busiest season. You’ll play a key role in maintaining organization, scanning and uploading documents, greeting clients, and managing day-to-day office tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients in person and by phone with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Scan, organize, and upload client documents into our system
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing
- Enter data and update records as needed
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Support the administrative team with general office tasks
