Donna Gifford
Donna “DJ” Gifford grew up in Xenia, Ohio. In1979, DJ married my high school sweetheart, Buddy, who was in the Marine Corps at the time. They moved to the Camp LeJeune area, in 1979. While living there, they were blessed with son, Jeromy and daughter, Jennifer. Although DJ fell in love with the beach, DJ and her family went back to Ohio after Buddy’s enlistment was over in 1981.
DJ started her working career in the newspaper advertising and graphics area which led to a transfer back to North Carolina in 1995. She left the graphics business and started working in various accounting areas, including billing, accounts receivable, human resources, and data entry.
At Warren Accounting’s Rocky Mount office, DJ assists staff and clients with various needs and tasks.
DJ lived in Wendell for twenty-six years and moved to Nashville in 2021. She has four beautiful granddaughters, an adorable great-grandson, and four step-grandchildren. Her hobbies are crafting, crocheting, beach days, shelling and seeking estate sale treasures.
