Location: Rocky Mount, NC

Employment Type: Seasonal (January 1 – May 1)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Compensation: $14–$18 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our team during our busiest season. You’ll play a key role in maintaining organization, scanning and uploading documents, greeting clients, and managing day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in person and by phone with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Scan, organize, and upload client documents into our system
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing
  • Enter data and update records as needed
  • Manage confidential information with discretion
  • Support the administrative team with general office tasks
